Ineisha Fintech Private Limited is a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) approved company that acts as a financial facilitator between customers and various banks, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), and financial institutions. We assist in sourcing, processing, and submitting your loan applications to lending partners. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not directly disburse loans. All loan approvals, interest rates, tenures, and terms are determined solely by the lending partner.

3. Eligibility Criteria
To avail of our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Possess valid identification and address proof.
Have the financial capacity to repay the loan.
Meet the eligibility requirements of the respective lending partner.
The Company reserves the right to reject any application without providing specific reasons.

4. Application Process
When you apply for a loan through Ineisha Fintech, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Any misrepresentation, falsified documents, or false statements may result in rejection of the application and potential legal action.
Submission of documents does not guarantee loan approval.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the lending institution and the completeness of your application.

5. Documentation & Verification
You agree to submit all necessary documents required for loan processing, such as:
Proof of identity (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, etc.)
Proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
Proof of income (salary slips, bank statements, ITR, etc.)
Any other documents required by the lending partner.
We reserve the right to verify your details with third-party agencies, credit bureaus, or government authorities.

6. Interest Rates, Fees, and Charges
All interest rates, processing fees, late payment penalties, and prepayment charges are set by the lending partner, not Ineisha Fintech.
We do not control the rates or fees charged by banks/NBFCs.
You are responsible for reviewing the loan agreement before signing.
Any dispute regarding charges must be taken up directly with the lending partner.

7. Loan Disbursement
Loan disbursement is at the sole discretion of the lending partner.
We do not guarantee disbursement timelines.
Disbursement may be delayed due to verification issues, incomplete documentation, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Review and understand the loan agreement before accepting the loan.
Make timely repayments as per the lending partner’s schedule.
Notify us and the lender of any change in your contact details.

9. Limitation of Liability
Ineisha Fintech is not liable for:
Rejection of your loan application by the lender.
Any loss, damage, or delay caused by the lending partner’s decisions or processes.
Any dispute regarding loan terms, interest rates, or repayment schedules.
We act as a facilitator only and are not responsible for the lending partner’s actions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information for the purpose of loan processing.
We may share your details with banks, NBFCs, verification agencies, and credit bureaus.
We follow industry-standard data protection practices but cannot guarantee complete security against cyber threats.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website or communications may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing such services is at your own risk.

12. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Termination does not affect your obligations under any loan agreement with a lender.
